Barbecued Chicken with Vegetables

Tonight we had barbecued chicken, with steamed vegetables, mushrooms and potatoes. To prepare the chicken, pound it flat, to about 1/2 inch thickness. Marinate in the house dressing for about 1/2 hour, then barbecue for 15 minutes (approximately). The potatoes were cut into wedges, boiled for about 10 minutes, and then finished on the barbecue.
