It’s a cold and rainy night, but the chef bravely headed out to the deck, to barbecue the chicken thighs. They were marinated for a couple of hours in Durkees hot sauce (aka Frank’s Hot Sauce Original), oil and lemon juice, then barbecued for about 15 minutes.
