Spaghetti with Tomato Basil Sauce

Spaghetti

Tonight we had a very nice spaghetti with tomato basil sauce, using a jar of sauce. The parsley was optional, but added a fresh flavour, and a bit of colour.

We also enjoyed a tasty red wine, Angove’s Red Belly Black, and the chef captured some good pictures of the dinner plates. An excellent end to a long day!
