Pork Chops and Asparagus

Tonight we had a lovely spring dinner of pan fried pork chops and apples, served with microwaved asparagus, and tossed salad. The pork chops were lightly browned, then the apple slices and some chopped onion were added to the pan. They simmered for about fifteen minutes, covered, then the lid was removed for the last five minutes of cooking. Yummy!
