Linguine With Tomato Beef Sauce

Who’s in charge of taking the dinner pictures? Apparently no one, because, once again, we wolfed down the dinner without stopping to take a photo.

The chef made a delicious sauce — tomato sauce, simmered with fried diced onion, celery, mushrooms and ground beef, with oregano and basil added for seasoning.

The plan was to serve it over spaghetti, but all we had in the cupboard were linguine noodles, so they were cooked, and the supper was just as tasty.
