The salmon was marinated all afternoon in lemon, dill, grapeseed oil, Durkees hot sauce and onions. Then, it was grilled for about 10 minutes, in the fancy fish grillers that I bought at the dollar store.
I could have bought something a little sturdier at a hardware store, for $10-$15, but these have worked really well for the past two summers, so we sure got our money’s worth.
When everything was ready, it was assembled on the plates, and tasted as good as it looked. Thanks, chef!
