It was another beautiful day, but much cooler than yesterday (11°C), so the chef warmed us up with some of his world famous spaghetti with meat sauce.
He started with canned tomato sauce, and added browned ground beef, seasonings, onions, celery and more seasonings. The sauce simmered for about an hour, then was served over cooked pasta, and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
We were too hungry to spend much time taking photos, so this is the best one that we got, before the dinner was devoured. Thanks chef, it was great!
