Tonight the chef prepared a lovely Chef’s Salad (how appropriate!). It was originally billed as a Cobb Salad, but this was a healthier version, without the bacon, avocado and cheese. Then we thought it might be a Julienne Salad, but I’ve settled on Chef’s Salad, based on extensive research (2 minutes of Googling).
No matter what it’s official name is, the salad was delicious, and looked beautiful, as you can see below. It contained a couple of kinds of lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sliced hard boiled egg (perfectly cooked), celery, and strips of ham and turkey. Yummy!
