Tonight the chef whipped up some fantastic omelettes. First, he pan fried some chopped onion and sliced mushrooms in oil and balsamic vinegar. Once those were cooked, he added them to the eggs, with some shredded cheese, to create the perfect omelettes.
On the side we had tossed salad and microwaved asparagus. It looked wonderful, and tasted as good as it looked. Thanks chef, I really enjoyed it!
