Tossed Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing

My favourite salad is Spinach Salad with Pear, Stilton and Candied Walnuts, but sometimes we don’t have all the ingredients, or enough time, to make that.

This salad is super easy to make, and a good stand-in for the fancier version. If you don’t like blue cheese, you could substitute old Cheddar, or another strong cheese, for the Roquefort. This salad tastes great with burgers, or pretty much anything!

You could throw in a few dried cranberries, if you’d like, to add a little zing.
